When does the standard price from EUR 249 apply?
For a direct MUC ↔ Munich ride of up to 40 road kilometres, per vehicle and without a short-notice surcharge. It includes 19% VAT, parking, toll and airport costs, flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing, and one large bag plus one cabin bag per passenger. Route, lead time, return ride and vehicle count are checked live; the offer shows the binding total before payment.
What if the flight changes?
We track the stated flight and adjust pickup for delays. A flight delay is not treated as a no-show; 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing are included.
Which vehicle arrives?
You receive at least Business Class for up to three passengers or Business Van for four to six passengers; for larger groups, the smallest sufficient vehicle count is calculated. No specific model is promised. If a vehicle fails, Samuelz arranges an equivalent replacement or a free upgrade; otherwise a suitable alternative or full refund.
How do I book a return or child seat?
